Mastering Your Tutor Workspace

Get to Know Your Dashboard

• Explore key areas:
  • My Space: Check notifications, announcements, and upcoming tasks.
  • Class Manager: Access schedules, student lists, and materials.
  • User Management (View-Only): Review student details.
• Stay informed by checking notifications regularly.

Student Details at a Glance

• Access “User Management” to view student profiles.
• Familiarize yourself with student needs to tailor your approach.

Managing Your Tutoring Classes

• Go to “Class Manager” and the “Calendar” tab to view your schedule.
• Review upcoming sessions, including time, duration, and assigned students.
• Click a session for detailed information like materials and student details.

Enhance Your Classes with Materials

• Within “Class Manager” select a class and click the edit icon.
• Click “Add Material” and upload resources like PDFs, slides, or paste relevant URLs.
